Indeed

There are some episodes of Stargate SG-1 that I can just watch over and over. One of the episodes that I love is a two-parter that just breaks my heart and makes me cry every time – when Janet Frasier dies. It’s more than just an amazing character being thrown away; it’s more than the grief portrayed by the other actors. It’s the way that the framework of the episodes reminds viewers of the humanity and loss that should be felt when any woman or man dies in the line of duty. Respect and honor are owed to those sacrificed individuals.
