Cinema time

I’ve got “Down With Love” playing in the background while I pretend to clean my apartment. (At least I’ve got the laundry started.) Anyway, I love this movie – the costumes, the music and the tongue in cheek send up of the classic Doris Day movies. This is a nice cap to the tail-end viewing of “The Long, Long Trailer” with Lucille Ball and Desi Arnez. I remember watching that movie in the theatres with my family when we went to a double feature. I oddly don’t remember what the other movie we saw was. I just love these classic movies.
