Ludicrous

After work today I once again witnessed Vancouver’s worst driving trait: ignoring emergency vehicles. In the six years I have lived here I have seen three ambulances that have been t-boned by passenger vehicles because they wouldn’t yield. This evening four lanes of traffic could barely be bothered to move to the side of the road; nor could the cars in the intersection lose their place or pedestrians stay their feet. I cannot coherently express my disgust and loathing for these people who believe that their schedule is more important than someone’s life. How hard is it to pull over?
